• The door casings are made of 1.5mm CCR-6112 Ereğli A-1 DKP sheet metal, with Seçil brand rubber gaskets, and the recessed lock counterparts will be embedded in the sheet metal.
• The door panels are made of 1.5mm CCR-6112 Ereğli A-1 DKP sheet metal and consist of complete sheet metal panels reinforced with 5 pieces of 10 cm strips. The wing edge has a 12 cm box frame, and the rail thickness is 7.5 cm.
• The door woodwork can be manufactured using first-class rustic walnut wood. (The type of veneer can be optionally diversified, such as Alpi coating, laminate coating, rustic walnut veneer, etc.).
• The interior of the wing is filled with 5-density rock wool.
• Our casings and wings are fully painted in a 200-220°C conveyorized spray and washing line with static paint facility.
• Our door metal paints are 'POLYESTER PAINT' and come with a 5-year guarantee. The color of the wing will be chosen to match the desired color.
• Our door locks use the Kale brand monoblock lock system. (Lock systems are optional.)
• The hinge sides are reinforced with 6 security pins. Chrome plates are used for pin counterparts.
