The door frames are made of 1.5 mm CCR-6112 Ereğli A-1 DKP sheet steel, with embedded rubber seals and recessed lock fittings.
• The door panels are made of 1.5mm CCR-6112 Ereğli A-1 DKP sheet metal and consist of complete sheet metal panels reinforced with 5 pieces of 10cm strips.
• The door woodwork is manufactured using first-class embossed walnut wood and can be varied with Alpi coating or laminate coating, etc.
• For casing cladding, HENKEL brand adhesive is used on steel with a 4mm MDF overlay.
• The moldings are applied as patterned or oval moldings, firmly adhered to the casing.
• The interior of the wings is filled with 6-density rock wool for thermal and sound insulation.
• Our frames and wings are painted in a fully automated spray and washing line with static paint facility at 200-220°C.

• Our door locks use the Kale brand monoblock lock system. (Lock systems are optional.)

• Our doors use 2 adjustable, custom-made, lubricatable hinges with 4 axes.
• The packaged net weight of our Elite series door is 125-135 kg. Adhesive seals are used around the wing.
